When Can I Start?

On-Ramp is a series of 4 classes over a period of 2 weeks. You will learn the foundational movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts in group class.

On Ramp starts the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. You can sign up for the On Ramp at any time, you can come as often as you’d like, until you complete all 4 sessions. You can repeat the On Ramp as often as you like until you are comfortable joining the class.
