When Can I Start?

On-Ramp is a series of 4 classes over a period of 2 weeks. You will learn the foundational movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts in group class.

On Ramp starts the 1st Monday of every month. You can sign up for the On Ramp at any time, you can come as often as you’d like, until you complete all 4 sessions. You can repeat the On Ramp as often as you like until you are comfortable joining the class.

How much does it cost?

As a special promotion we are giving it away for FREE. You get the entire 4-session program which includes hands-on small group coaching, nutrition and guided WOD's (workout of the day)

After completing On-Ramp, you’ll have the option to join Indy South CrossFit at a discounted rate for the rest of the month. If you decide CrossFit isn’t your thing, no hard feelings! We know it isn’t for everyone.
