Coach Dycther is a highly experienced and knowledgeable coach with a passion for Olympic lifting and CrossFit. He has been involved in fitness for over a decade, and his expertise in these disciplines has made him a valuable asset to the Indy South CrossFit community.

Dycther's experience in Olympic lifting is extensive. He has competed in numerous local and regional weightlifting competitions, and he has coached lifters of all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. His technical knowledge and attention to detail have helped many athletes improve their lifting technique and reach their goals.

In addition to Olympic lifting, Dycther is also an accomplished CrossFit coach. He holds multiple CrossFit certifications and has trained athletes for competitions at all levels, from local events to the CrossFit Games.
